Overdo it on the cookouts, today? Did you have to eat those last (packs of) hotdogs, and wash it (them) down with a few too many Yuenglings? Then sit down and relax, because PSaMP has your local sports news covered.

- John Harris, who has been providing some quality articles in the past few weeks, says that Anthony Smith is looking to jump into Ryan Clark's Free Safety position. I'm hoping that Smith does get the job, because I think he fits well with Polamalu. He showed some promise in his rookie campaign, and can fill the void left by Chris Hope.

- Delaware lost to Johns Hopkins. PSaMP was sad to see the Blue Hens leave the tourney, but they receive a standing o (from me at least) for making their first -ever national semis.

- The Passion are now 5-0, after a huge 40-18 win over Cleveland. Its the NWFA, however, so I'll get you the stats as soon as I get them first.

- The Pittsburgh Riverrats, the local AIFL (American Indoor Football League), lost this weekend to the Huntington Heroes. The Riverrats are 7-7, with their final game of the season taking place on June 9th at the home of the Reading Express. Their last win, against the Erie Freeze on May 19th, set AIFL scoring records! Way to go, Pittsburgh!

Have a great Memorial Day!
